- All
trips are priced for 1-4 people
- All
bait, tackle and ice will be provided
- Beer
is permitted (Cans only, no bottles please)
- No
hard liquor
- No
illegal drugs
- No
black or hard-sole shoes (Please wear sneakers or boat shoes)
- Charters
must be paid in full before leaving the dock
- Charter
reservations require a $100 deposit (Must give 3 day notice for
refunds)
- If
the captain cancels a trip because of weather or mechanical problems,
the charter will be refunded in full
- If
the boat leaves the dock, it is considered a charter. No refund
will be given after this point.
- If
any passenger acts inappropriately or is clearly intoxicated,
the charter will be cancelled with no refund.
- Any
charter damaging the boat, any gear or equipment are responsible
for repair or replacement cost.
- A
15-20% tip is customary for mates
